Like to become a Donor?...

Here are the steps that you should take to become an organ and/or tissue donor:

• Talk with your family about donation.

• Sign and carry a donor card.

• Contact us – we will send them to you
• Make sure you designate your decision on your driver’s license when you get a new one or when you renew.
• Register with the donor registry in your state. Most states will have a donor registry, but not all.
